Self healing


Just met a good friend and asked to heal my self by doing these:
  1. Focus on yourself, be independent on others.
  2. Choose healthy ways to entertain yourself (through hobbies).
  3. Do physical exercises.
  4. Find some close friends to share moments.
Finally, I realize that they are really hard things to do, since my life been full of work and family matters.
I will try harder! :)
